Airtel to offer up to 126GB of data to first-time prepaid users

NEW DELHI: Country’s second largest telecom operator Airtel recently launched various new combo packs for its existing users. Now the company has announced refreshed first recharge prepaid plans for its new subscribers.

The company has revamped its first recharge plans which start from Rs 178 and goes up to Rs 559. Under these plans, the company is offering maximum data of up to 126GB.

The first recharge plans from Airtel starts at Rs 178. Under this plan, customers joining the Airtel network will get 1GB of 3G/4G data for the period of 28 days. Along with this, customers will also have the benefit of making unlimited local and STD calls and send 100 SMS per day.

However, if you have a lot of data consumption and want more data then you can go for the Rs 229 plan. Under this plan, the service provider is offering 1.4GB data per day for the period of 28 days with unlimited local and STD calling facility.

In all Airtel is offering five first recharge plans. The other plan on the list is of Rs 344. In this plan, new Airtel users will get 2GB data per day with unlimited calling and 100 SMS. The plan comes with the validity of 28 days.
Along with the above the telco is also offering Rs 495 and Rs 559 plan with 1.4GB data per day and validity of 84 days and 90 days respectively. The same calling benefits also apply to these plans.
To recall, these are the first recharge plans which means that the new users need to recharge with any one of them at the time of buying a new Airtel SIM.
