Lenovo-owned Motorola launched the 6GB RAM version of its Moto X4 smartphone in India recently. The smartphone can now be purchased online from Flipkart and offline from Moto Hubs. The Moto X4 is the first smartphone of the company to come with Android 8.0 Oreo out-of-the-box and 6GB RAM. The company launched the 4GB RAM version of the smartphone in November last year.
As part of the sale, Flipkart is also giving some offers to the buyers of Moto X4. The e-tailer is giving an additional off of Rs 3,000 on the exchange of an old smartphone for the new Moto X4. Along with this, ICICI Bank credit card users can get flat discount of Rs 1,500 on the purchase of the smartphone. There is also an EMI option starting Rs 2,083 per month and data offer of from Vodafone under which the users will get 490GB of 4G data.
For those unaware, the Moto X4 comes with a metal unibody design and sports a dual rear camera setup. The smartphone sports 12MP dual pixel sensors with f/2.0 aperture and an 8MP sensor camera with f/2.2 aperture and LED flash. The company claims that the dual camera is capable of shooting photos in Bokeh effects. The front of the device is home to a 16MP selfie camera with /2.0 aperture.
Running Android 8.0 Oreo operating system, the device is powered by a 2.2GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 processor. It features a 5.2-inch full HD display with 1080×1920 pixel resolution. The display is protected with a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass on top.
The smartphone comes with 6GB of RAM and 64GB internal storage which can be expanded further by adding a microSD card. The handset houses a 3000mAh battery with fast charging support. In terms of connectivity options, the device offers 4G, VoLTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, NFC and USB Type C.
