Samsung bundles two Galaxy S20+ phones for free with new 2020 QLED 8K TVs: All you need to know

The smart TV market in India is heating up, with a number of new additions being made to it in the last few weeks. Among these are Samsung’s new 2020 QLED 8K TVs which the company had announced only a few days ago.

The company’s latest flagship QLED 8K TV bring with them an “ultra-thin form factor, premium 8K picture quality, and impressive surround-sound audio.” However, they have now been made even more impressive with Samsung announcing a special offer under which buyers will get two Samsung Galaxy S20+ phones on pre-booking the Samsung QLED 8K TV between July 1 and July 10, 2020.

The 2020 QLED 8K TV which comes with an ‘Infinity Screen,’ that flaunts a screen-to-body ratio of 99 per cent is priced at Rs 4.99 lakhs for the 65-inch version, and Rs 9.99 lakh for the 75-inch one. There’s also a bigger version for Rs 14.29 lakhs with an 82-inch screen, while the 85-inch variant of the TV is available for Rs 15.79 lakhs.

Samsung has announced that consumers can further avail cashback of Rs 15,000, on QLED 8K TVs through their HDFC and ICICI (debit and credit cards) and Federal Bank (debit card).

There’s also a 50 per cent discount on subscriptions of OTT platforms such as ZEE5, Sony Liv and Eros Now, and free subscription for music streaming apps such as Gaana Plus for one-year and Apple Music for three months along with free subscription to Office365 along with 5GB of cloud storage.

The Serif and QLED 4K TVs also promise a 10-year no screen burn-in warranty, one-year comprehensive warranty and one-year additional warranty on panel. Consumers buying QLED 8K TVs will get one-year comprehensive warranty and one-year additional warranty on panel.

For the price, buyers get TVs that not only bring high-end display specs, but also bring premium sound features such as Q-Symphony, Object Tracking Sound+ (OTS+), and Active Voice Amplifier (AVA) that maximize sound by delivering dimensional and dynamic audio that corresponds with large-screen viewing experiences.
