Samsung Electronics has announced the launch of a special edition Galaxy Note 10 Plus smartphone that will go on sale in the US ahead of December 20, the day when the final installment of the Star Wars saga — Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker – is launched. The Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus Star Wars Edition will go on sale in the US on December 13 and it will be priced at $1,299.99 (Rs 93,285 approx).
This Star Wars Edition Galaxy Note 10 Plus smartphone will be bundled with a specially designed case, a metal badge as a collector’s item, a special edition S Pen, and special edition Galaxy Buds. In addition to the Star Wars-themed gadgets, the bundle will include exclusive Star Wars-themed content such as wallpapers, shutdown animations, icons and sounds for fans to enjoy.
Samsung says that the Star Wars edition Galaxy Note 10 Plus smartphone will be available in ‘limited quantities’ in the US, which means that Star Wars fans will have to line up or act fast while purchasing the device online before the retailers run out of stocks. They would also have to pay a slightly higher price for the special edition Galaxy Note 10 Plus compared to the Galaxy Note 10 Plus, 512GB variant of which was available for $1,199 (Rs 85,983 approx).
To give you a brief idea about the specs of the Galaxy Note 10 Plus: it comes with a 6.8-inch QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED display with a resolution of 3040 x 1440 pixels. It is powered by Exynos 9825 processor and sports 12GB RAM with up to 512GB of internal memory a large 4,300mAh battery. In terms of the camera, it comes with a 10MP front camer a quad rear camera setup consisting of a 12MP primary camera with a wide angle lens, a 16MP ultra wide angle lens, a 12MP telephoto lens and a ToF camera.
